Job Description:
Hardware Design Engineer / Electronic Design Engineer understands product requirements, selects suitable components, goes through the datasheets and application notes in detail and designs the circuit and creates a PCB layout. A suitable candidate pays great attention to detail and doesn’t believe in leaving mistakes in the design to be fixed later. A solid understanding of electronics fundamentals are a must in the suitable candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Circuit design (digital and analog circuit design)
  • Circuit simulation (using PSpice, LTSpice and Altium among other softwares)
  • In-depth study and analysis of datasheets of components used in the design
  • PCB design and verification as well as research and development activities to meet the highest quality standards of hardware development
  • Component selection specific to the design requirements and application needs
  • PCB designing using tools including Altium Designer, EAGLE and KiCAD
  • Coordinate with hardware and firmware development teams
  • Forecasting points of failure and introducing preventive measures in the design
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and problem solving
  • Plus: Understanding of compliance with EMI, EMC and ESD standards
  • Communication with customers (Fluent spoken English)
Qualification:

Experience:
  • 0 – 3 years of experience (additional experience is welcome)
  • Must-have Skills:
  • A solid grasp of circuit design and analysis (this is a must; you should be able to defend a solid understanding of electronics fundamentals)
  • Experience in multilayer mixed-signal PCB designing, analog and digital circuits designing, and power electronics designing (PCB design is a plus, but this alone is not sufficient without a solid grasp of circuit design and analysis)
  • Self-discipline and intrinsic motivation for design and development activities as well as solving new problems that push you outside your comfort zone
  • Growth mindset and “can-do” attitude
  • Detail oriented (very important)
  • Enjoys reading datasheets and schematics in detail. A knack for fully and deeply understanding the job at hand.

Job Description:

Electronic HW System Engineer / Electronic HW QC Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of electronic components, circuits, and systems throughout the production lifecycle. You will develop and execute testing protocols, identify defects, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to uphold product standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Testing & Inspection:

    • Develop and implement test plans for electronic hardware (PCBs, power supplies, sensors, embedded systems).
    • Perform functional, environmental (temperature, humidity, vibration), and reliability testing.
    • Inspect components and assemblies using tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated test equipment (ATE).
  2. Product Assembly:
    • Perform assembly of new product in prototyping phase.
  3. Defect Identification & Resolution:
    • Analyze test data to identify root causes of failures (e.g., soldering defects, component tolerance issues).
    • Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to mitigate risks.
  4. Compliance & Standards:
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards (IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, MIL-STD, RoHS).
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Optimize quality control workflows to reduce defects and improve production efficiency.

  6. Reporting:

We are looking for a Product Engineer / Hardware Engineer / System Engineer with a good foundation in hardware systems, strong client-facing experience, and an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in product development, system engineering, electronics, testing, or support roles, and be confident in interacting directly with customers to support product integration, troubleshooting, and deployment. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply. 

This role requires both technical depth and communication skills, as you’ll serve as a bridge between customers, engineering, and sales. Good problem-solving skills are essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 
Hardware Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: 
  • Analyze and resolve hardware/software issues during field trials or deployments. 
  • Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies to perform diagnostics and validation. 
  • Ensure the product functions optimally in real-world environments. 
Client Interaction & Sales Collaboration:
